Ingredients and Method
No additives of any type whatsoever. We are one of the only winemakers that completely lists all ingredients in our wine - as unfortunately it's not required by law. Up to 80 chemicals/additives can legally be added to store bought wine without disclosing any of them to the consumer - one of the only products in the grocery store that is like this, because it is not regulated in the same manner.
Listing the ingredients is very easy for us because we don't add anything to the juice - no yeast or cultures to artificially induce fermentation or degrade the wine. We only use the ancient preserving method - spontaneous, natural fermentation. No flavorings, sugar, sulfites, yeast or preservatives... or anything else at all.
Aged and bottled in pure, clear glass only, for purity to support health. We age only in hundreds of clear glass 5 gallon bottles, which completely avoids heavy metals from typical wine industry stainless steel tank fermentation. 100% juice means 100% pure. This pure method is the microbiotic life giving and ancient method of winemaking.
