Terms of Service — Tabler Life Wine

By purchasing from this website, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age, and that the recipient of any shipment is also at least 21 years of age. Adult signature is required upon delivery for all wine shipments.

Order Processing & Compliance

Orders to certain states may require us to complete specific filings, reports, or tax remittances before shipment can be released. These requirements vary by state and are handled automatically as part of our order processing system.

Shipping

We ship wine only to states where direct-to-consumer shipping is legally permitted.
Orders to states where shipment is not permitted will not be accepted at checkout.

All wine shipments are packed, labeled, and shipped directly from our winery, regardless of destination.

Liability

Tabler Life Wine is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, missed delivery attempts requiring adult signatures, or temporary weather-related shipping holds.
