This 2025 vintage was a year with more rain and is currently in the process of aging and not yet released.  This will be a rich wine with depth and aging potential with the smooth tannins already revealed in the 2024 vintage.

Fruit sourced from the mountainous Monticello region of Virginia. Naturally fermented on the skins for 8 days, then only the free-run juice is collected — never pressed — preserving purity and avoiding harshness.

Aged and bottled exclusively in pure clear glass to maintain purity and taste. No filtration, no chemicals, and no manipulation. True living wine.

Our process — spontaneous fermentation with zero additives, unpressed juice, and pure clear glass-only aging — is virtually unknown in modern winemaking.
